One Year Later

Nick and I celebrated our one year anniversary yesterday on 4/20. It was so much fun! We went to Sant Ambroeus in West Village and has the best food ever. The prosciutto and mozzarella is to die for. Had to order the sautéed spinach for some greens too. I got the pasta alla arabicietta for my main – spicy pasta with tomatoes, garlic and parsley. Nicko ordered the chicken with mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts. Obviously shared:) both were heavenly.

I got three different scoops because Nick and the ice cream server were so persistent on me trying all the flavored. My favorites were the mint chip and the creme de le creme!

We got ice cream in cones at Grom after dinner and walked back to Little Italy. Amazing night, amazing guy.

I can’t believe it’s been a year already! Filled with so much from traveling to exploring the city we both live in. Everyday has been a new adventure and I am so glad the city brought us together.
